40th National Day of Singapore

Attended the annual Singapore dinner on Saturday, organised by the Singapore Club Christchurch Inc. and University of Canterbury Singapore Students' Society, held at Chinatown Seafood Restaurant. It was a lovely 10 course meal, and the programme for the night was filled with lively entertainment and lucky draws. Unfortunately, our table was rather unlucky with only one lucky winner, Ah Hock taking home a $72.00 dinner for two at the Christchurch Casino. He has yet to reveal who his date will be.
