Xmas just passed...

As you all probably know, I don't celebrate Christmas. Why? Christmas to other christians is a celebration for the birth of Christ but my belief is that we should be celebrating his life daily, rather than his birth (or as a matter of fact, his death) on a particular day. Anyway, who's to say that the 25 December was really the day that Christ was born? Hmmm... I'm not going to delve into these issues because I know it's going to raise a lot of questions and i'm not going to claim that I know too much either. Hehe!

Surprisingly, I did have an urge to go to church that day though. I'm not quite sure why. I guess this year's been pretty rough and my struggles were so great that I could not have survived without God's strength, along with the support from my friends and family who I had neglected for sometime. I thank you all for being there for me when I needed you most.

We didn't end up going to church. The idea just fizzled out. Although a few of us were so tempted to stop when we saw the few churches on the way to Sumner. Yeah... What were we doing in Sumner? Er... Haha! Everywhere else was closed I guess... No where else to go. It was rather nice though... I somehow had a fascination with the cross. Haha!

Don't have that many photos from Sumner because I could hardly move. The uneven surface made it very difficult because of my knee injury. Still hasn't fully healed yet but i'm already playing volleyball. I wonder if it's making it worse? Haha!! Oh well...

Christmas day was spent at Andrew's house. Only a few of the photos can be shown as there were inappropriate photos that requires censorship first! *aHeM*! Another words, it'll never be shown here. Haha!! Sorry people. If you were there, you were there. If you weren't... Ah... TOO BAD! :P
